Welcome to Sunshine Rentals Hawaii! By renting from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

• All rentals are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Rentals are due for return by the agreed-upon time and date.
• Late returns may result in additional fees.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, free of excessive sand, dirt, or damage.

• Renters are responsible for all equipment during the rental period.
• If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost to the credit card on file.
• Charges will be determined based on the current retail value of the item.

• Umbrellas will not be rented out in winds exceeding 15 mph for safety reasons.
• Beach toys must be kept together as a set and returned as received.
• All rental equipment is to be used only for its intended purpose. Misuse may result in additional fees or liability.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental date are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for bad weather unless rentals are deemed unsafe by Sunshine Rentals Hawaii.

• Sunshine Rentals Hawaii is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while using our rental equipment.
• Renters assume full responsibility for their safety and the proper use of all rental items.
